One on One Coaching

Often, SRI Corp's clients choose one-on-one coaching sessions as an alternative to workshops. These coaching sessions put focus more on the specific needs of the individual being coached and often allow for significant improvements to be made with a minimal time investment.

Coaching sessions can be used to:

  • Develop a very specific skill, or overcome a problem.
  • Bring a staff member up to speed with the rest of the team.
  • Improve the skills of a manager prior to a workshop.
  • Address specific issues within an organization.

Coaching sessions are also used to help close large sales. In this case, the coach is used to discuss sales and presentation strategies for a specific account.
